About the Role

Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). In this position, you will facilitate Agile delivery for EDIM teams, leading all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Your active participation in team discussions will be key as you contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems.

You will partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs, track sprint progress and metrics, and provide transparent status reporting. Proactively identifying and removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting release planning are central to your success. Additionally, you will ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.
