About the Role

Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Your primary mission is to facilitate Agile delivery for EDIM teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will ensure strict alignment with Navy Federal Agile and SDLC standards.

In this role, you will partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs, track sprint progress and metrics, and provide transparent status reporting. You will proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across teams, and support release planning. A key aspect of your day-to-day involves ensuring Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promoting continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle. Active participation in team discussions will be essential as you contribute solutions to work-related problems.
