About the Role

Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to the success of EDIM teams.

Your day-to-day will involve facilitating Agile delivery by leading all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs, track sprint progress and metrics, and provide transparent status reporting. A key part of your success will be proactively identifying and removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting release planning. You will also ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Active participation and contribution in team discussions will be key as you help provide solutions to work-related problems. Let's work together to achieve greatness!
