About the Role

Join our dynamic team and embark on a journey where you will be empowered to perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). This role is designed for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to contribute to high-impact delivery.

Your day will involve facilitating Agile delivery for EDIM teams by leading Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs, track sprint progress, and provide transparent status reporting. A key part of your success will be proactively identifying and removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed to promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle.

Active participation in team discussions will be essential as you contribute solutions to work-related problems. Together, we aim to achieve greatness by aligning with Navy Federal Agile and SDLC standards.
