This field sales position is designed to drive product engagement and in-store execution by selling the benefits of our products to Regional and Store-level client leadership. You will serve as the bridge between our strategy and the store floor, ensuring that regional initiatives are effectively rolled out and that credit goals are not just met, but exceeded.
Based in the South Texas territory, covering Houston, Austin, and surrounding areas, you will manage a dynamic schedule that includes up to 75% travel. Your day-to-day involves maintaining strong relationships through timely communication, attending market and store meetings, and developing actionable in-store product execution strategies. You will be responsible for auditing signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance, supporting client program managers, and presenting results of ongoing credit programs to stakeholders.
At Synchrony, we are proud to offer flexibility. Our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. While this role is field-based, you will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events. Please note that field sales roles may have varied location requirements based upon partner obligations or preferences.
