About the Team
Locally owned and operated in Abilene, TX since 1964, Arrow Ford is a family-oriented dealership known for its "Arrow For Life" philosophy. The facility includes Ford, Mitsubishi, Quick Lane, Auto Mall, and Body Shop operations. We are currently investing $7.2 million into a fully upgraded, temperature-controlled service center, reflecting our commitment to providing the best tools, space, and support for the people doing the hard work.
About the Role
Whether you are just starting out or looking to grow into a Master Tech, this role offers a clear path forward to claim your bay, sharpen your skills, and build a lasting career. You will work in a modern, climate-controlled shop with brand-new equipment, partnering with service advisors and supervisors to diagnose issues and perform maintenance and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards. The position is designed for those who take pride in their work and are eager to grow in the trade.
