About the Role
This position serves as a vital link in our PB&E product line, responsible for driving sales and delivering high-quality post-sales support within a designated market. The role exists to expand our footprint by acquiring new accounts, ensuring the retention of existing relationships, and actively supporting all sales promotions.
In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor to your assigned accounts. Your day-to-day involves identifying potential prospects through targeted segmentation, conducting sales presentations, and closing new business to meet annual sales budgets and gross margin targets. Beyond the initial sale, you will provide essential product support and training to foster long-term customer loyalty. You will also manage the administrative backbone of these relationships, including preparing proposals, maintaining accurate activity records, and promoting the adoption of online ordering platforms.
Success in this role requires a balance of field presence and strategic relationship management. You will frequently drive to meet customers, navigate various work environments, and collaborate with key vendors to ensure product availability and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMake sales presentations to prospective and existing customers to promote product lines

- check_circleMaintain accurate customer call and support activity records for all assigned accounts and prospects
- check_circleProspect, sell, and close new customers to meet annual sales budgets and gross margin targets
- check_circleSupport the collection efforts of past due balances as required to maintain financial health
- check_circlePromote and develop customer online ordering acceptance to enhance sales channels
- check_circleEnsure proper use of Health, Safety, and Equipment practices are adhered to in daily operations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma/GED
- verified3+ years experience with sales and sales negotiations
- verifiedAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- verifiedFrequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.
- verifiedMust be able to drive a vehicle most of the time
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree or some college coursework. 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive segment. Knowledge in Auto industry.
