About the Role
The Athletic Trainer provides comprehensive athletic training services to athletes, focusing on injury prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation. This position works collaboratively with team physicians and coaches to ensure the health and performance of athletes across multiple sports and events. The role extends beyond the field, engaging in community outreach and education to promote Sports Medicine services and foster a culture of safety and health awareness.
In this fast-paced environment, you will evaluate injuries on-site, administer urgent care, and apply protective devices. You will partner with coaches and healthcare professionals to design and execute effective rehabilitation plans, ensuring a safe and efficient return to play. Additionally, you will conduct education sessions for coaches, athletes, and parents on injury management and maintain detailed records to ensure continuity of care and compliance with health and safety standards.
