About the Role
We are excited to add an Associate Surgical Account Executive to our sales team. This role is designed to assist in the management of all sales and marketing activity within an assigned market to develop new accounts and maintain or expand existing ones. You will execute the company's sales strategy and market penetration goals, implementing initiatives to establish and sustain revenue growth.
In this position, you will work under the mentorship of a senior manager to manage a limited number of assigned accounts and contract sales agents. The role focuses on identifying high-use physicians and building key metro area accounts. You will serve as a liaison between the local sales team and contract sales agents, ensuring a unified approach and accurate commission payments. Additionally, you will assist in recruiting new agents and developing training programs to build product expertise.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be evaluated based on their relevant experience, educational credentials, and location. The compensation package includes a base salary between $60,000 and $72,000 plus commissions.

Requirements
