We are seeking a talented and driven Key Accounts Associate Manager to join our sales team. This role is a vital component of the On-Premise Execution team, dedicated to driving distribution, increasing sales, and expanding the share of Constellation's industry-leading beer portfolio within assigned regional and key on-premise accounts.
In this position, you will directly support Regional Chains, Key Accounts, and select National Account franchisees in the management and execution of annual sales and marketing plans. Your day-to-day will involve maintaining and expanding distribution of the Constellation Beer portfolio, executing promotional programs that drive sales and trial with targeted consumers, and managing local and franchisee relationships within assigned national accounts. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with Gold Network Distributor partners, key retailer stakeholders, and fellow CBI associates at the local market level to optimize portfolio growth and deliver business results.
Reporting directly to the On-Premise, Key Account & Draft Development Manager (KAM), you will collaborate with cross-functional marketing partners to expand the sales of Constellation's leading portfolio of brands. You will prepare detailed sales presentations, develop annual account development plans, and measure the effectiveness of promotional initiatives to suggest new approaches that overcome obstacles and improve sales impact.
Candidates selected for this role will be invited to interview with the On-Premise, Key Account & Draft Development Manager and relevant team members. The process focuses on assessing strategic thinking, relationship-building capabilities, and alignment with Constellation's sales priorities.
