About the Role
The Category Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Refresco Commercial Strategy Team, Management, Commercial Business Managers, and top customers. This role is designed to proactively develop key beverage insights that drive sales growth and increase profitability. You will act as the bridge between complex data and actionable strategy, translating syndicated data and market trends into clear, impactful recommendations that shape business direction.
In this position, you will partner daily with Commercial Business Managers to understand key customer objectives, conducting analysis that proves or disproves opportunities. A critical component of the role involves providing deep expertise on Walmart, supporting both the Bentonville Sales team and Walmart Buyers directly. You will be responsible for communicating these insights in a clear, concise manner across various formats—verbal, written, and visual—to ensure key constituents can quickly grasp issues and set appropriate strategies.
