The Director of NRM drives profitable growth for Haleon's US business by setting the strategy, identifying, prioritizing, and delivering high-impact promo and trade initiatives. This role improves net revenue, margin, and trade investment efficiency across customers and categories. The position further builds and develops a high-performing promo and trade team, fostering analytical excellence and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Haleon's promo, trade, and mix capability.
You will partner cross-functionally with Sales, CS&P, and Finance to identify opportunities that improve net sales and profit performance. As a player-coach, you will set clear priorities for the team, review and strengthen analyses, and shape deliverables to answer relevant business questions. You will help build relevant digital tooling and ensure that NRM is considered a key building block during Joint Business Planning (JBP) and Brand planning cycles.
This position is based in Warren, NJ, and follows a hybrid model, requiring an in-office presence of 3 days per week.
