Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead the Strategy vertical within the US Paid Media & Growth Strategy team
- check_circlePartner with media buyers and strategists to identify testing opportunities and new platform capabilities
- check_circleServe as a trusted escalation point for internal teams and label partners on complex decisions
- check_circleSupport the growth of strategists through mentorship and hands-on guidance
- check_circleCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and aligned marketing efforts
- check_circleContribute to strategic needs including reporting, pitches, presentations, and case studies
- check_circleLead end-to-end strategy for multiple releases including high-priority and high-visibility projects
- check_circleOversee day-to-day workflow including prioritization, resource planning, and coordination
- check_circleShape bespoke multi-channel plans combining digital advertising with non-traditional formats
Requirements
- verified6+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, or growth marketing
- verifiedExperience leading teams, mentoring strategists, or acting as a senior point of guidance
- verifiedExperience within the music or entertainment industry strongly preferred
- verifiedDeep understanding of paid media ecosystem across Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging channels
