- check_circleLead end-to-end development of sophisticated paid media strategies across upper and lower funnel objectives
- check_circleOwn strategic planning for high-priority and high-budget accounts ensuring alignment with business objectives
- check_circleDrive advanced platform strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging performance channels
- check_circleServe as senior strategic voice in client relationships leading high-level discussions and delivering recommendations
- check_circleTranslate complex performance data into actionable insights, strategic narratives, and client-ready documentation
- check_circleConduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research to inform media strategy and audience development
- check_circlePartner with media buyers and account teams to ensure strategic intent is carried through execution
- check_circleGuide and review campaign structures, testing roadmaps, and measurement approaches ensuring best practices
- check_circleOversee budget management across accounts identifying efficiencies, scaling opportunities, and potential risks
- check_circleContribute to and lead development of Paid Media Playbooks, platform POVs, and best-in-class protocols
- check_circleSupport and lead new business efforts including pitch strategy, media planning, and client presentations

Requirements
- verified4–6+ years of professional experience in paid media strategy and/or execution
- verifiedUniversity degree or college diploma in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- verifiedDeep expertise across paid social platforms including Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
- verifiedStrong understanding of TikTok Shop, social commerce, and performance-driven creator ecosystems
- verifiedExperience with Paid Search and Programmatic advertising
