The Social Media Specialist is a part-time, hourly role designed to drive tangible business growth rather than just activity. You will own the outcomes of our social strategy, directly influencing qualified patient inquiries, employer brand awareness, and community engagement. While the schedule is flexible (15–25 hours per week), the expectations are high: you will operate with full accountability for a data-driven roadmap that aligns with our company's growth goals and Scaling Up execution rhythms.
This position is critical to our strategic objectives. You will bridge the gap between marketing and operations, driving revenue through measurable patient inquiries and supporting clinician recruitment in a competitive labor market. Your work will strengthen brand consistency across our locations and enhance community trust, all while supporting scalable expansion without adding full-time overhead.
Your work will focus on high-leverage activities that deliver measurable results within limited hours. You will develop a 6–12 month social media roadmap aligned with our intake and hiring targets. This involves creating a structured content calendar featuring educational ABA content, parent resources, clinician spotlights, and culture highlights, all while maintaining strict HIPAA compliance and clinical integrity.
You will manage the full lifecycle of our social presence, from designing campaigns that drive traffic to our intake forms and career portals to delivering monthly performance dashboards. Success is measured by clear KPIs: increasing follower growth, boosting engagement rates, generating qualified family inquiries, and contributing significantly to our clinician applicant pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our intake and HR teams to optimize conversion rates and ensure every post reflects our brand's visual and tonal standards.
