The Social Media Specialist is a strategic, part-time partner dedicated to driving growth for Triangle ABA. While this is an hourly position, it carries full ownership of outcomes rather than just activity. You will be the voice of the brand, executing a data-driven strategy that directly increases qualified patient inquiries, strengthens our employer brand, and deepens community engagement.
In this role, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. Success is measured by clearly defined KPIs aligned with the company's growth goals and "Scaling Up" execution rhythms. You will develop a 6–12 month roadmap that balances patient acquisition with clinician recruitment, ensuring every post contributes to revenue or talent acquisition targets.
Your day-to-day involves crafting a structured content calendar that blends educational ABA insights, parent resources, and clinician spotlights. You will ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance and brand standards while analyzing performance data to optimize lead funnels. This is a high-leverage role designed to support scalable expansion without adding full-time overhead, requiring a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
