The Tombras Influencer team has partnered with some of your favorite brands on the internet. Reporting to the VP of Influencer, this position is responsible for managing day-to-day influencer efforts for clients. You will work closely with team leadership, other agency departments, and external partners to create and foster world-class influencer campaigns. The ideal candidate combines communication, strategy, and industry experience to contribute to our efforts across all clients and help grow and evolve our influencer marketing practice at Tombras.
In this role, you will be the go-to source of all things influencer across your accounts, building rapport with key stakeholders and mentoring team members to help roadmap their professional development. You will lead outreach initiatives, oversee contracting, and collaborate with business affairs, creatives, and account teams to ensure the overall success of influencer programs. Your day-to-day will involve monitoring the digital media landscape, conducting trend forecasting, and serving as the influencer expert in every room to create ongoing value for internal teams and clients alike.
