Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead digital demand generation strategy for the Commercial segment within the Corporates business
- check_circleBuild and scale integrated, digital-first demand programs to acquire and engage commercial and SMB customers
- check_circleDevelop demand strategies across multiple product segments aligning messaging, channel strategy, and investment
- check_circleDrive full-funnel marketing programs across paid media, email, web, nurture, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- check_circlePartner with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Digital teams to deliver coordinated campaigns
- check_circleUse data, testing, and performance insights to optimize demand generation effectiveness and improve ROI
- check_circleEstablish measurement frameworks and reporting to track funnel performance, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness
- check_circleManage budget allocation across programs and channels prioritizing investment based on business goals
- check_circleLead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement
- check_circleChampion modern marketing capabilities, tools, and processes that improve scale, efficiency, and performance
Requirements
- verified15+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- verifiedBachelor's degree required
- verifiedExperience marketing to commercial and/or SMB audiences in B2B technology, SaaS, or information services
- verifiedExperience building and scaling digital demand programs across multiple channels and customer segments
- verifiedStrong expertise in demand generation disciplines including paid media, lifecycle marketing, email, web, nurture, and funnel optimization
- verifiedExperience supporting growth across multiple products or solution areas
- verifiedStrong analytical and strategic skills with experience using data and insights to guide investment decisions and performance improvement
- verifiedExperience working effectively across a matrixed organization and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- verifiedStrong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience in a complex, multi-product B2B business. Experience building scaled demand generation programs for commercial segments beyond enterprise or field-led models. Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and attribution tools. Experience leading high-performing teams and agency partners. Advanced degree.
