As an Associate Director in Home Sales, you will lead a team of sales and support personnel within a designated geographic area, driving the attainment of sales and service objectives. This role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience by ensuring your team delivers exceptional service while meeting strategic business goals.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of your team, from hiring and training to development and performance management. Your day-to-day involves managing inventory and compliance, ensuring all licensure and documentation meet policy standards, and handling fleet vehicle management. Beyond team leadership, you will collaborate with other departments and vendors to resolve complex issues and develop strategic plans that enhance operational excellence.
This position offers a competitive total rewards package. The base salary range is $93,000 to $139,400, with the potential to earn an additional $55,200 in commissions annually if sales goals are met. Individual starting salaries within this range may vary based on geography, experience, and expertise.
