The Account Executive serves as the strategic lead for a portfolio of Property & Casualty clients, with a strong focus on healthcare organizations. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a client-facing, consultative environment and is comfortable engaging with executive leadership while managing complex commercial accounts.
You will own the client relationship, lead service delivery, and partner closely with Producers to support growth and retention. Your day-to-day involves bringing a proactive, forward-thinking approach to anticipate client needs, guide coverage decisions, and deliver thoughtful risk management strategies. This position regularly engages with senior leadership, including C-suite stakeholders, requiring confidence, strong communication skills, and technical expertise to simplify complex insurance concepts for diverse audiences.
