The Associate Director, Marketing, Biologics Testing is responsible for driving the global marketing strategy, positioning, and execution plan for Charles River's Biologics Testing business. This role supports our growing and dynamic biologics market, including vaccines, ATMPs (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products), monoclonal antibodies, and biosimilars, ensuring that Charles River delivers a compelling and differentiated customer experience across the development lifecycle.
In this position, you will design, develop, and implement global marketing strategies aligned with business goals. You will drive integrated campaign execution, analyze results, and identify new opportunities to strengthen competitive positioning. You will translate market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive intelligence into actionable marketing strategies across developed and emerging markets. Your work will involve identifying whitespace opportunities and adjacencies to inform growth strategies, while building strong value propositions and messaging platforms for biologics testing solutions.
You will lead the execution of tactical plans through collaboration with regional marketing, sales, product management, and subject matter experts. A key part of your day will involve driving demand generation, sales enablement, and funnel acceleration through customer segmentation and channel strategy. You will also lead brand growth through integrated digital engagement, omnichannel campaigns, and global congress presence, while owning the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy across scientific, clinical, and commercial ecosystems.
