As a Director, Deal Maker - Microsoft, you will be at the forefront of our sales activities, supporting complex, multi-tower, multi-million dollar deals from qualification to closure. This role is designed for an exceptional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where every deal is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
You will leverage your command of Microsoft's partner ecosystem—including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics—to shape complex engagements. Acting as a bridge between Kyndryl's talented teams and customer organizations, you will drive the success of our Core and Strategic accounts. Your work will involve creating unique, compelling propositions tailored to market demands, defining winning strategies, and leading the integration of alliance content to drive the right technology outcomes.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather necessary documents and technical solutions for bid submissions. You will support contract negotiations, working alongside pricing experts to structure competitive commercial models. Beyond direct deal support, you will engage in demand generation activities to close pipeline gaps, working with Customer Partners, Consult Partners, and Executive Business Developers to launch targeted campaigns.
