About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Solution Architect to lead solution design and technical strategy across a partner-led ecosystem, with a specific focus on Arrow Electronics and its channel partner network. This role operates at the intersection of hyperscaler innovation (Microsoft Azure and/or AWS), partner enablement, and customer transformation. You will drive scalable, repeatable cloud, data, AI, and security solutions through indirect sales motions.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid of strategist, architect, and field advisor. You will possess an engaging people style, enabling partners to deliver high-impact solutions while aligning to Microsoft and/or AWS and Arrow go-to-market priorities. In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to key partners, helping them build and scale cloud solution practices, while engaging with customers and internal sales teams to shape complex opportunities and drive deals forward.
Work Arrangement
This is a fully remote position. While you will work remotely, you must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership for work-related purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleDevelop repeatable solution frameworks and reference architectures aligned to Arrow and Microsoft priorities
- check_circleSupport partner enablement through technical workshops, architecture guidance, and co-selling motions
- check_circleEngage with customers, partners, and internal sales teams to shape complex opportunities and drive deals forward
- check_circleCollaborate with hyperscaler teams on co-sell opportunities, incentives, and go-to-market alignment
- check_circleProvide executive-level advisory to customers on cloud strategy, modernization, and innovation
- check_circleAct as a trusted advisor to key partners to help them build and scale cloud solution practices
- check_circlePartner with sales leadership to shape deals and influence technical win strategies
- check_circleContribute to proposals, RFPs, and solution designs that align with customer outcomes

Requirements
- verified8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, consulting, or sales engineering
- verified5+ years working with public cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- verifiedExperience working in a partner/channel or CSP ecosystem
- verifiedDeep expertise in Microsoft Azure
- verifiedExperience with data platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse) and AI/ML solutions
- verifiedStrong understanding of hybrid cloud, Kubernetes and automation
- verifiedKnowledge of Zero Trust principles, compliance frameworks, and enterprise governance
- verifiedCertification(s) in Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or AI preferred
