InterScripts is seeking a highly experienced and strategic partnerships leader to drive and scale our Microsoft and Workday alliance ecosystem within the healthcare industry. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving co-sell opportunities, developing healthcare-focused GTM initiatives, and generating measurable revenue growth through Microsoft, Workday, and enterprise consulting partner ecosystems.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven leader who understands how hyperscalers, enterprise software providers, consulting firms, and healthcare organizations collaborate to create large-scale transformation opportunities. You will serve as the bridge between InterScripts and key technology partners, translating complex ecosystem dynamics into actionable growth strategies.
Your work will span strategic planning and high-level execution. You will develop and execute the Microsoft + Workday healthcare alliance strategy, building and managing executive-level relationships across Microsoft, Workday, healthcare organizations, and consulting/SI partners. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to creating scalable co-sell motions, joint account plans, and referral strategies to drive partner-influenced pipeline generation.
You will collaborate with internal sales, delivery, marketing, and product teams to build joint healthcare solutions and support strategic pursuits. This includes leading partner enablement initiatives, governance models, QBRs, scorecards, and executive briefings. You will also represent the organization at partner meetings, industry conferences, executive briefings, and healthcare transformation events to build market visibility through webinars, strategic campaigns, and ecosystem engagement activities.
This role requires approximately 25%–40% travel based on partner meetings, healthcare client engagements, industry conferences, executive briefings, and alliance activities.

Existing relationships within Microsoft, Workday, healthcare organizations, or large consulting ecosystems.
