This position directs, plans, and implements administrative and clinical responsibilities for Behavioral Health (BH) programs. You will serve as a strategic partner, developing creative and clinical solutions by leveraging operational and clinical information from internal and external sources, including technology and research. Your work will support the implementation of evidence-based care, drive performance improvement, and ensure financial viability.
In this role, you will act as a liaison to funders and city agencies, such as the OMH and DOHMH, representing VNS Health at program meetings alongside key leadership. You will foster positive relationships with community organizations and Health Homes, serving as an administrative liaison to negotiate formal partnerships and organize consultation and education for referral sources. The role requires gaining sustaining commitment from stakeholders when implementing program and agency changes, ensuring that clinical care remains compliant with regulatory requirements and VNS Health standards.
