The Nurse Manager of Memory Support/Namaste serves as a vital leader in our long-term care community, overseeing daily nursing care for residents in specialized Memory Support and Namaste areas. This role is dedicated to ensuring the physical and mental well-being of residents with advancing stages of dementia, blending clinical expertise with compassionate leadership.
As a practicing LPN or RN, you will not only supervise clinical staff but also actively participate in resident care, managing emergency responses and coordinating complex medical needs. You will act as a bridge between medical, psychosocial, and family domains, collaborating closely with Cognitive Services and Social Work to deliver holistic care.
