We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. In this part-time role, you will become a valued member of a supportive unit where flexible, unit-specific scheduling allows you to balance your career and community life. You will work 12-hour shifts, with every third Saturday and every other holiday scheduled, operating without fixed or permanent schedules.
As a key member of the dialysis team, you will perform vascular access procedures under the mentorship of a Registered Nurse (RN) and monitor patients throughout their dialysis treatments. You will set up dialysis equipment, observe patient status, and accurately document patient information. Working in close collaboration with RNs, you will follow guidance on patient target fluid loss and monitor and report changes in vital signs.
