The Associate Buyer is a high-potential omnichannel merchandising professional designed as a primary development path to a future Omnichannel Buyer role. This position blends strong execution of retail fundamentals with growing responsibility in trend discovery, innovation, and category strategy.
In this role, you will own one department while supporting an Omnichannel Buyer or Senior Buyer on more complex categories. You will contribute to product, price, promotion, and placement decisions, partnering cross-functionally to engage vendors, negotiate costs and programs, and drive a steady flow of product newness. You will support and at times lead product style-outs and category walks with senior leadership, ensuring that evolving customer expectations are met while delivering to financial plans.
