About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, supporting management in driving results while delivering the "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS). You will model a cohesive omni-channel experience, ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast, efficient register experience. Your day will involve building and maintaining a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing, while reinforcing buying decisions at checkout to achieve add-on goals.

Beyond sales, you will play a key role in operational excellence by supporting replenishment activities to keep the store full and abundant, assisting with visual directives like floor sets and window changes, and maintaining boutique cleanliness. You will foster an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and seek personal developmental opportunities to grow within our team.
