Our client is a global law firm with over 100 years of legal practice. We are seeking associates to join our Insolvency & Restructuring practice at our New York City Midtown office in a hybrid setting.
As an integral member of our high-performing, collaborative teams, you will represent debtors, ad hoc and statutory committees, secured creditors, asset purchasers, and other constituents in Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, including cross-border matters. You will work alongside attorneys across the firm to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
