About the Role

As an Associate Attorney reporting to a Partner in Product Liability, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to resolving complex legal challenges. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional eager to develop subject-matter expertise in product liability, toxic tort, environmental, insurance defense, construction, or complex civil litigation.

In this position, you will work with increasing autonomy to develop case strategies, defenses, and trial themes, supported by mentorship and collaboration. You will engage deeply with the litigation lifecycle, from drafting pleadings and managing discovery to interviewing witnesses, taking depositions, and arguing motions. The role offers significant opportunity to build strong client relationships through professional communication and to contribute to creative problem-solving and strategic planning for case resolution.

You will also have the chance to participate in business development, networking, and community involvement that supports inclusion and professional growth. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaborative teamwork, and is committed to ongoing professional development and inclusive excellence.
