Case Manager - Pre-Litigation

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused individual to join our team as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys keeping things on track behind the scenes.

The Pre-Litigation Case Manager serves as a vital support to our attorneys during the early stages of a case, guiding matters from initial client intake through pre-litigation. You will work closely with the legal team to ensure cases remain organized, communication is timely, and matters move forward efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering a positive experience for our clients.

While legal experience is not required, we will provide the necessary training for the right candidate. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, requiring polished telephone and email communication skills to answer questions and provide updates with professional etiquette.
