About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Federal Litigation Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team. This role is designed for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of cases from filing through resolution. You will have the opportunity to litigate cases, appear in hearings, take and defend depositions, and try cases in state and federal court.
As a key member of our team, you will work independently while collaborating closely with accomplished litigators. The position focuses on active federal court litigation, requiring you to navigate the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, manage complex discovery, and draft high-stakes pleadings and motions. Hiring Process

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedCA State Bar admission in good standing
- verifiedActive admission to at least one California federal district court (C.D. Cal., N.D. Cal., E.D. Cal., or S.D. Cal.)
- verified3–5 years of litigation experience
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office, CM/ECF (PACER), document management, and time-keeping software
Nice to Have
Federal court experience, Lemon Law or consumer protection experience, trial experience in federal court, experience with evidentiary hearings, location in California.
