About the Role

The Assistant Manager, Tasting Room at Booker Winery supports the day-to-day operations of hospitality and guest experiences. Working closely with the Hospitality leadership team, this role helps deliver exceptional guest programming and ensures that every visitor interaction reflects the iconic Booker brand and the values of Constellation Brands.

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate guest experience logistics and help maintain the winery's reputation. You will play a key role in designing and delivering engaging daily guest experiences and educational programs that embody Booker Winery's brand standards. From coordinating public tastings to analyzing performance data, you will drive strategies that support revenue conversion and maximize guest satisfaction. Your day will involve ensuring all hospitality environments meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, managing staffing schedules, and overseeing facility maintenance to create a welcoming, polished atmosphere for every guest.
