About the Role
The Assistant Superintendent plays a pivotal role in assisting superiors with the planning of construction procedures, specifications, work schedules, and material needs. This position is uniquely responsible for the profitability of self-performed scopes of work, requiring a hands-on approach to supervising and coordinating field craft workers on job sites.
In this role, you will manage the daily rhythm of the construction site, from coordinating work and obtaining tools to overseeing project cleanup. You will ensure that activities of various workers do not interfere with one another while maintaining scheduled activities and monitoring costs. Success in this position requires acting as a mentor and teacher, providing leadership and direction to craft labor crews and contractors alike.
Hiring Process
