We are a family-oriented company located in Plymouth-Canton, MI, dedicated to the precision maintenance and restoration of industrial machinery. Our core mission focuses on troubleshooting controls, machine tool service, rebuilds, relocating, and retrofitting CNC machines. We specialize in Makino machines and Fanuc Controls, with expertise in rebuilding spindles, ballscrews, and guideways.
While our field service work is performed locally, the vast majority of our operations take place in-house at our dedicated CNC Machine Shop. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDiagnose and repair equipment in the shop or at customer sites
- check_circleTroubleshoot and perform mechanical and electrical repairs on systems
- check_circleComplete service reports and record technician time spent on repairs
- check_circleMaintain customer satisfaction by meeting time constraints and quality needs
- check_circleAdhere to manager and lead mechanic directions regarding all service calls
- check_circleComplete special assignments and projects from management on a timely basis
- check_circleClean, grease, and check fluid levels to ensure proper equipment operation
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school education or equivalent
