As an Equipment Maintenance Technician III, you will bring advanced hands-on technical expertise to support, repair, and enhance manufacturing equipment. This role has a strong emphasis on welding, fabrication, and mechanical system modification, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a highly hands-on, problem-solving environment. You will partner with engineering and operations teams to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions, ensuring equipment reliability and safety.

Hands-on experience with welding and fabrication in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Technical certification in welding, fabrication, industrial maintenance, or related field. Experience with TIG and MIG welding (stainless steel and/or aluminum preferred). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols. Experience supporting automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment (medical device, pharma, aerospace, etc.). Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, or automated systems. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
