This position serves as a vital partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the daily operation of the store and the achievement of sales results while delivering excellent customer and donor service. You will manage the processing of donated goods and work closely with management to ensure staff is properly trained and performing effectively. In the absence of the Store Manager or Key Holder, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store.
The role requires a dynamic presence across the entire store environment. You will foster teamwork among management staff to accomplish store goals, coach and develop your team, and address employee concerns with fairness and clarity. Your day will involve maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring the store's appearance is pristine, and contributing to store profitability by managing inventory and labor costs. Whether you are organizing the back-of-house production area, training staff on sorting and processing donations, or assisting customers on the sales floor, your efforts directly support our mission to transform lives through work.
