About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure your store delivers outstanding customer service, meets operating objectives and financial goals, and adheres to company policies. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to step up as the Store Manager's right hand. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting with day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members, ensuring seamless service and operational continuity.
