Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, driving maximum sales and profitability. Your focus will be on developing your team, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

This role is active and fast-paced. The position requires being on your feet for more than 8 hours a day, including walking and climbing ladders. You must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds to ensure the store runs smoothly.

Hiring Process

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess prior retail or management experience to be considered for this position.
