As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support daily store operations, energize team performance, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You play a key role in shaping store success and developing future talent by fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.
In this position, you will partner with the Store Manager to maintain well-stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with company standards, particularly in the absence of the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager. Your leadership will focus on transforming complaints into positive experiences and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment.
