About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager at our Brooklyn location, you will provide leadership to ensure the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with customers. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a clean, professional store environment.
