About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital leader within our store, ensuring outstanding customer service, meeting operating objectives, and driving financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to step up as the Store Manager's right hand. You will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting with day-to-day operations. In the Store Manager's absence, you will direct the activities of all team members, manage schedules, and oversee cash handling procedures.
Your day will involve building strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty, establishing a culture of service excellence, and analyzing financial trends to maximize sales. You will also play a key role in recruiting and developing team members, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Success in this role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient store environment.

Requirements
