About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at our Milwaukee location, you will serve as a vital leader ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy professional who thrives in a busy environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with our community.
In this position, you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for directing team activities in the Store Manager's absence, fostering a strong customer service culture, and implementing strategies to maximize sales. Your day will involve analyzing financial trends, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will also play a key role in recruiting, developing, and motivating team members to exceed expectations.
