About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital leadership partner to the Store Manager, ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for a high-energy leader who thrives in a busy environment and is ready to step up to direct all team activities in the Store Manager's absence.
In this position, you will do more than manage operations; you will build a strong customer service culture and foster relationships that keep our community returning. Your day involves analyzing financial trends to maximize sales, marketing within the local community to increase market share, and resolving customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. You will also play a key role in recruiting, developing, and motivating team members to exceed expectations.
