About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This position ensures the facility meets high cleanliness standards while consistently delivering operational excellence.
In this role, you will build customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions, presenting a structured sales process and managing customer accounts. Your day-to-day involves identifying storage needs to provide tailored solutions, maximizing sales objectives through unit rentals and moving supplies, and resolving customer concerns related to billing, security, and site usage. You will also maintain the highest standards of cleanliness through continuous site maintenance and perform daily safety inspections.
