The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager. This position ensures facilities meet high cleanliness standards and consistently deliver operational excellence. You will work between multiple stores in the district, building customer relationships through in-person and phone interactions while presenting a structured sales process and managing customer accounts. The role requires a blend of desk work and physical duties, including maintaining site cleanliness and performing safety inspections.
