About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager at our Houston location, you will serve as a vital leader ensuring the store delivers outstanding customer service while meeting all operating objectives and financial goals. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about building lasting relationships with our community.
In this position, you will perform all duties of a Customer Service Representative while assisting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for directing team activities in the Store Manager's absence, fostering a strong customer service culture, and helping to recruit and develop a team that exceeds expectations. Your day will involve analyzing financial trends to maximize sales, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring strict compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
