About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager serves as a vital partner to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless management of day-to-day store operations. This role is central to upholding Global Partner's policies and procedures while fostering a culture of accountability and high-level guest service. You will be responsible for supervising, developing, and training hourly employees, ensuring they adhere to operational standards and safety guidelines. From managing cash handling and inventory to maintaining store image and sanitation, you will play a key role in keeping the store secure, safe, and ready for business. This position requires a hands-on leader who can work unsupervised, adapt to flexible hours, and engage deeply with both the team and the community.
