About the Role

As an Assistant Manager, your mission is to reinforce the Border Foods Core Values while making the lives of employees and guests better. You will be responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant, building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience. Your role involves creating opportunities to positively impact life experiences, fostering a culture of recognition, and ensuring a safe place for team members to work and customers to visit.

You will guide team members and Shift Leaders, ensuring they complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food. By driving fast and friendly service and resolving employee issues in a timely manner, you will help create unity within the team. As a strategic planner, you will develop short and long-term strategies for restaurant success, utilizing P&L statements to deliver profit and minimize loss through strict observance of cash handling policies and efficient labor control.
